Jeroen de Valk has been working as a professional journalist since he wrote a jazz review in 1979. Since then, he gradually broadened his scope and became a general reporter. Currently, his favorite subjects are jazz and the Amersfoort region.
He works most frequently for Jazz Bulletin (as editor-in-chief), Jazzflits (reviewing albums) and the regional newspapers: De Stad Amersfoort (politics) and AD Amersfoortse Courant (local history and general reporting).
